*How do I maintain balance and keep myself centered during high stress situations? *Can I establish and maintain a healthy diet? *What can I do to keep myself looking good? *How do I keep that feeling and glow of positivity I get from a great dance class? *What are the essential tools I need to bring to my daily life that will make my interactions with people POSITIVE and NUTURING?
Well my dear friends, I don't promise you the moon - but what I do promise you is a straight ahead, no-holds barred discussion with me on a weekly and monthly basis that will cover a lot of these points.
I want to hear from you - I want an open an honest dialogue that explores what we are going through TODAY and RIGHT NOW.
